Hickory Boulevard is the main road running through the Bonita Beach community, which is located between Naples and Fort Myers, FL. It is one of the most desirable waterfront locations in southwest Florida. Bonita Beach is home to single-family gulf and waterfront estates as well as a mix of traditional beach cottages, Mediterranean style, Coastal, and Contemporary style construction. The Bonita Beach properties are especially sought after because they are priced considerably less than their Naples counterparts while still providing residents with the opportunity to enjoy luxury living on the Gulf of Mexico.
